RETURN POLICY

Shipping: Most items will be shipped within three days. Packages will be shipped through USPS, UPS, Fedex or a freight carrier depending upon the size & weight of the package. Most deliveries are made to your door unless they are Large, Heavy Items then they will be comming via Freight. If your order is shipped via Freight, it is a curbside service. This means that you are responsible for getting the equipment from the back of the truck to your home. You will need to be home at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to make the delivery arrangements with the trucking company, we will provide them with your phone # to set this up. RETURN POLICY: Your Satisfaction is Very important to us. If you have changed your mind within 15 days from the date of invoice you can return the merchandise. You are responsible for shipping the equipment back we will provide you with the costs associated with that shipment. You will also be responsible for the costs to ship the merchandise to you in the case of free freight items. It is important that you return everything on your order, and that it is in its original packaging. We will credit your account for the price of the equipment minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs WILL be subtracted from the amount of the credit in the case of free freight items. Minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover the repacking & repainting, if the boxes are opened or product has been used. MISSING PARTS: Will be shipped to your address by Fedex (freight prepaid) as soon as possible. YOUR SATISFACTION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
